HOW LONG DOES INTUITIVE EATING TAKE?

The process is different for everyone, and it's longer than the quick fix diets we are sold (which don't work). We usually have a lot of diet culture influenced thoughts and habits to unlearn so it does take time.

"WON'T I JUST EAT ICECREAM/CHOCOLATE/CAKE/CHIPS/BREAD?"

Through the intuitive eating process we work on giving ourselves permission to eat all foods. At first, we may eat a lot of the foods we were restricting or felt we shouldn't be eating. This is normal. After eating these foods for a while we are less likely to feel the need to eat them all the time. Research shows us that intuitive eaters eat a wider variety of foods.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A 1:1 SESSION IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We understand that you may not be sure if you want to book a session which is why we offer confidential 10 minute discovery calls to explain how we could help and answer any questions you may have.

HOW LONG ARE 1:1 SESSIONS

First sessions are 1 hour and following sessions are 50 minutes.

WHERE IS YOUR CLINIC?

At the moment all sessions are virtual.
In the future we will offer both online sessions and in person sessions in Bristol.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO?

There is no obligation to commit to a certain number of sessions. The amount of sessions differs for everyone depending on their individual requirements.
